We Are Young

We are young,
With passion surpassing the greatest and wildest gushing rivers,
With iron grasp for dreams we're trying to reach.
There must be something greater than the sun,
We aim to see the stars amidst daytime.
We sleep or not at all,
Dreaming with both open heart and eyes wanting to see all.
There is so much in the world, we are not tied down.
Youth is the key, and slowly we would be locked upon life,
And the key would perish, eaten by time.
And so while we are free, we live.
